Together we took a deep dive into the adolescent mental health crisis in the US, the impact COVID restrictions have had on our children's well-being, and the positive role physical activity, exercise, and sports can have in HELPING KIDS reconnect, heal, and thrive.
Hear from leading mental health experts as they discuss how structured play, physical activity, and sports can support the social, emotional, and physical well-being of youth.
